Riverland festival funding boosted

THE future of two major Riverland festivals was boosted by the announcement of State Government funding, with each set to be potentially awarded up to $60,000 for the next three years.

The Riverland Rose and Garden Festival, and the Riverland Food and Wine Festival, were recently named in the latest round of the State Government’s Regional Event Fund (REF) – as part of Development Event Funding – which provides up to $20,000 each year for a three-year period.
