WAIKERIE Vipers showed why they are the favourites for the premiership with a convincing 12–3 win over current title holders Cobby Eagles to remain undefeated and with only two rounds to go will finish in top spot.

Shane McKinnon returned to brilliant form for the Vipers with an average of 26.78, low games of 15, 20 (twice) and 21 darts and scored another 180 for his tally.
