Riverland athletes star in Melbourne

FIVE students from Riverland schools travelled to Melbourne last month to compete against some of the nation’s best young sporting talent at the School Sport Australia Championships.

Held from July 25 to 31, the prestigious multi-sport carnival brought together thousands of secondary school athletes from across Australia, with five Riverland students earning selection in South Australian teams across football, basketball and hockey.
