Ranson achieves ultrarunning dream
Cobdogla-based ultrarunner Holly Ranson recently completed the Western States 100 in California, one of the world’s most prestigious 100-mile (161km) ultramarathons, after earning a coveted place in the elite field through a Golden Ticket qualification earlier this year.
