THE Murray Pioneer Footy Tipping Competition will return in March and details of the great prizes on offer have been released.

A trip to the Barossa is on the line for this year’s competitors. First prize is two nights’ accommodation in a Superior King Suite and breakfast for two at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort.

The winner will also be able to nominate a second couple to accompany them, with a second package of two nights’ accommodation and breakfast for two included.

A bottle of Barossa wine in each room upon arrival will start the getaway off right, followed by a three-course dinner for four in The Cellar Kitchen regional restaurant on site at Novotel Barossa.

The total prize package is valued at over $2500.

Second prize is a $1000 voucher to spend at Berri Betta Electrical, and third prize is a $500 voucher for Caudo Vineyard.

The AFL 2023 season is set to start on March 16 when the first game of 2023 kicks off with a Richmond v Carlton Thursday night blockbuster.
