Efficiency review of council motion generates debate

THE motion requesting the District Council of Loxton Waikerie allocate $60,000 for an efficiency review of its operations in the budget next financial year was strongly debated at the recent monthly meeting.

Loxton Waikerie councillor Michael Vowles outlined his opposition to Cr Kent Andrew’s motion, which was carried at the meeting.
