Woman rescued after cliff fall

A 44-YEAR-old Waikerie woman was last Wednesday airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital by the SA Ambulance Service MedSTAR helicopter with a badly broken shinbone, after falling 10m from a cliff at Waikerie.

A 44-YEAR-old Waikerie woman was last Wednesday airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital by the SA Ambulance Service MedSTAR helicopter with a badly broken shinbone, after falling 10m from a cliff at Waikerie.
The woman, who had been walking along the Waikerie Rotary Clifftop Walk, managed to phone emergency services to raise the alarm after her fall, at approximately 9.45am.
