Victorian-based Wel.Co – which is contracted to build the planned $400m Jane Eliza Estate expansion in Renmark – last week cancelled 75 contracts with homebuyers for stages eight and nine of Springwood Estate, located near Gawler, citing changes in the planning of roads and infrastructure.
