Proposal to close unmade road reserves in the Brookfield Conservation Park

MID Murray Council has endorsed the proposed closure by the Department of Environment and Water (DEW) of surveyed unmade road reserves within the Brookfield Conservation Park near Blanchetown.

Acting chief executive officer Andrew Aitken, in a report to the council’s July 14 meeting, said closing the unmade road reserves would enable the land to be consolidated into the park.
