OLOR celebrates St Mary MacKillop

OUR Lady of the River (OLOR) School conducted a whole-school celebration of St Mary MacKillop – a significant figure of their faith – earlier this month, with students of all year levels coming together to mark the special feast day.

St Mary MacKillop is Australia’s first and only saint, who is celebrated for her contribution in opening the first free Catholic school, as well as founding the religious congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph.
