A MALE driver was taken to hospital after his car hit a tree while travelling along the Sturt Highway last weekend.
Police and CFS crews responded to the scene of a crash on the Sturt Highway, approximately 5km west of Waikerie, around 9.30am on Sunday, June 13.
The male driver – and only occupant – of the car was taken to hospital, however the Murray Pioneer understands he sustained no serious injuries.
