Awarded for her vital role in a number of local organisations, events, and projects, Rosemary Gower was named the 2026 Berri Barmera Citizen of the Year last friday, with high-achieving and resilient Kiana Rundell also joining her in the list of awardees as Young Citizen of the Year.
