JUNE 12, 2026, saw the 128th anniversary of Philippine independence. As I am led to believe, there were celebrations right across the state, but no more so than up in the Riverland.

JUNE 12, 2026, saw the 128th anniversary of Philippine independence. As I am led to believe, there were celebrations right across the state, but no more so than up in the Riverland. On Saturday, I was invited to attend the celebrations at the Hotel Renmark, hosted by the Riverland Philippine community independence day committee.
