Barmera delivers a bowls lakeside special

IN one of the biggest upsets of the Riverland bowls division one Saturday pennants competition so far this season, reigning premier Berri was defeated by 24 shots last weekend.

Travelling to Barmera, the hosts were exemplary across the afternoon, winning two of the three rinks to set up the healthy win.
