A tough local trio
Christophers Taekwondo Academy Riverland instructor Aubrey Bastian (centre) said he was “very proud” of the members of the local club taking part in last week’s South Australian Country Championships. The Berri team was awarded the overall 1st title, with three local fighters – Emily Sonntag, of Berri, Ashley Ronan, of Renmark, and Nathen Kurian, of Berri – also receiving the best overall male, female, and junior awards.
