I live in the Waikerie Lifestyle Village and in the next week we are having a SITE (rental increase). This is a annual increase every March. The amazing thing this year is the SITE has gone up 100 per cent from the last increase in 2022. One has to wonder where the increase normally judged on CPI figures has gone. While I know council rates and water rates are a part of the SITE rental, one does have to wonder where and why the 100 per cent increase is justified.
