Riverland Hotel executive chef Hugh Hazelwood and head chef Anthony Cresp – schoolmates turned colleagues – have an interesting relationship in the kitchen. It’s a mix of brotherly love and a bickering old married couple.
The pair will make their points on the plate in this eight-course degustation menu with wine pairings reflecting the Riverland and wider South Australia. Pairings are set to be selected by restaurant manager Mel Hamilton, plus a special guest or two.
