A LOCAL chamber of commerce manager says shopping local has never been so critical and has encouraged Riverlanders to back small businesses this Christmas.

THE District Council of Loxton Waikerie has been forced to relocate its East Terrace office following an overpopulation of mould within the building’s interior.
MORE than $600,000 has been allocated to the development of Loxton’s East Terrace public toilets, with the new designs set to feature television screens inside the blocks, as well as seating and landscaping around its exterior.
