Renmark pair among Elders best

DEDICATION to property buyers and sellers throughout the Riverland has seen two local property agents ranked among the best in the real estate industry.
Elders Real Estate Riverland property consultants Kym Radloff and Raph Liddle were last month distinguished among the top five in their profession across South Australia and the Northern Territory at the Elders SA/NT Annual Awards.
Mr Liddle said receiving the award alongside Riverland colleague Mr Radloff was “fantastic”.
“It’s an absolute honour to make it into the top five salespeople at the annual awards and it means all our hard work in the last 12 months has been recognised,” Mr Liddle said.
“Due to the current circumstances we were unable to hold our annual awards, so Kym and I received the news by phone and email… but once Kym and I received the call, we phoned each other to say congratulations.”
Mr Liddle said previous experience in metropolitan real estate and co-operation between Elders branches throughout South Australia had helped his professional development.
“I gained valuable experience and skills working in the metropolitan real estate market which I was able to implement and offer our client base here in the Riverland,” he said.
“We would not be able to have this success without our clients and for them to entrust us to sell what is their biggest asset in most cases, is an honour.”
Mr Radloff – who has been ranked among the top two property consultants for SA and NT since 2016 – said maintaining open communication with clients was vital to his success.
“To be number one or two for four years running, I couldn’t be happier,” Mr Radloff said.
“I’ve always made a pledge to keep my communication to both vendors and purchasers a priority and I think that’s why it’s worked so well for me.”
Elders Riverland sales manager David Kanizay said the pair deserved recognition for their continued dedication to clients across the region.
“It’s no accident that they’ve achieved this level of success,” Mr Kanizay said.
“It has purely been through hard work and an absolute commitment to their client base.”
Mr Radloff said two local consultants ranking in the top five illustrated confidence from both buyers and sellers in the Riverland market.
“It’s a testament to how well the Riverland is going,” Mr Radloff said.
