Mel’s ready to pamper Riverlanders

BEAUTICIANS are ready to pamper locals and leave them feeling fabulous as beauty salons were given the green light to reopen this week.
Beauty salons were able to reopen on Monday, June 1, as part of the State Government’s stage two of easing COVID-19 restrictions.
Renmark’s Monarch Laser Clinic owner and beautician Mel Brown said she was “excited” to reopen.
“Initially the government pencilled in June 9 as the date for beauty salons to reopen and I’m going to stick to that date because it’s what I’ve worked towards,” she said.
“My business is fairly new and I was only open a few months before it had to close because of coronavirus.
“I had just begun to form relationships and gain a regular clientele and then it all went away.
“I can’t wait to welcome everyone back and have people leave my salon feeling beautiful – it’s the best feeling.”
Ms Brown said all her services will be available.
“I’ll be offering everything and also will be introducing a new service,” she said.
“I’m already booked out for the first week and I look forward to seeing everyone.”
The clinic is open 10am to 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 9pm on Thursday, 9am to midday on Saturday and by appointment on Sunday.
To book, contact 0491 651 544 or visit the clinic’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/monarchlaserclinic).
