DR ‘Sid’ Sidhu, who has dedicated his life to the Renmark community, has been shifted out of the Renmark Hospital to a bed at the Loxton District Nursing Home to spend his final stage of life away from family and friends, many of whom are unable to visit him because of age and its restrictions. 

He and his family feel abandoned.
