Loxton student receives regional scholarship

AN outstanding Loxton local has been named the first recipient of a regional scholarship, aiming to support students from regional South Australia in pursuing tertiary education in accounting and finance-related fields.

Tyler Hobby, a former Loxton High School student, was announced as the first recipient of the William Buck Regional Scholarship.

Mr Hobby commenced a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance at Flinders University this year and was officially presented with his award during a recent visit to William Buck’s Adelaide office last month, where he met with mentors, William Buck partner Ben Trengove and team member Ben Davies.
