Teen trapped in crash

A TEENAGE girl suffered serious leg injuries on Wednesday when she lost control of her vehicle on Stanitzki Road, near Pike River.
At around 12 noon, the woman became trapped in her vehicle after it left the road and crashed into a tree.
An SA Ambulance (SAAS) spokesperson said the girl suffered serious leg injuries, however they were not life threatening.
It took some time for emergency services to free the girl as the car was on its roof against a tree.
The girl was airlifted to the Riverland General Hospital.
SA Police, Paringa Country Fire Service (CFS), Renmark State Emergency Service (SES) and Loxton Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) attended the scene.
