Digital Subscription General Information
The digital subscription is operated by The Murray Pioneer Pty Ltd and is made available to you on the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They are a legal document and through
using the digital subscription you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these

Terms and Conditions and/or do not wish to be bound by them, please exit this website and
do not use it in the future.

The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting.
You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions because they are
binding on you.

In these Terms and Conditions:
References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ are references to The Murray Pioneer.
‘Customer’ means any person, company, organisation or firm that wishes to view content
provided through www.pioneer.com.au;
‘Services’ means all products and services made available by us at any time;
‘Digital subscription’ means access through The Murray Pioneer website(s) to the digital
replication of any publication or content from any publication.
Your Subscription will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed subscription
details, including payment details. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided to you via
your nominated email address.

Each username and password is assigned to a single user. You must ensure that your
username and password remain secure and are only shared with the residents of your
household i.e. family and friends that live at the same residential address. However you
agree that your news+ Full Access Subscription cannot be used with more than seven
devices concurrently. You are responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with
your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.

Access from outside of Australia

You acknowledge that some of our content may not be viewable or accessible from outside
of Australia.

Pricing

The price of the subscription, including where applicable any introductory pricing for a
specified period will be displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include GST unless
otherwise specified.

The Murray Pioneer may amend the pricing schedule by giving 28 days prior notice to you.
Once new pricing takes effect we may alter your automatic payment arrangements
accordingly.

under Manage My Subscriptions or you can call us on (08) 8522 1233 or email Customer

Payment, Fees and Taxes

Payment is to be made by automatic recurring 4 weekly payments via debit/credit cards.
Payments are made in advance. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit
cards are accepted. The recurring payment for the amount of the offer you have requested
will be automatically charged by The Murray Pioneer every 4 weeks in advance, subject to
the terms set out below, until such time as we are advised to stop.

Changes to PayPal or debit/credit card details can be made online via My Account you can
call us on (08) 8522 1233 or email Customer Support at office@murraypioneer.com.au

For the purpose of auto-renewing your Subscription, your credit card details are stored in a
tokenised, encrypted format. They are therefore available should you elect to purchase
another subscription.

Auto-renewing subscriptions require payment approximately 5 days prior to the
commencement of each billing period. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and
request that you update your payment details. We will re-attempt payment several times.
During this period we will grace your subscription for up to 5 days after which time we will
commence the cancellation process.

If you are under the age of 18 you require consent from your parent or guardian and the
card holder to authorise charges to be made.

Through this sales platform you can only sign up for yourself. You cannot sign up as a gift for
another person.

Cancellation and Termination

Your Subscription will continue until cancelled by either one of us. Your Subscription may be
cancelled at any time by calling you can call us on (08) 8522 1233 or email Customer
Support at office@murraypioneer.com.au or by sending a cancellation request online via
My Account.

If you cancel your Subscription before the end of a prepaid subscription period, you will be
entitled to a prorated refund for any unused days.

The Murray Pioneer reserves the right to cancel a Subscription:

– without notice or liability if we reasonably determine you have breached any portion
of these terms and conditions
– at any other time and where this cancellation occurs before the end of a prepaid
subscription period, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for any unused
days/months and will be notified by The Murray Pioneer of the reasons for the
cancellation.

Data Protection
Our use of personal and other information supplied by users of this site is governed by our
privacy policy
Service Availability
We try to ensure continuous availability of the digital subscription but accept no
responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused.
Content and Links
All the material accessed with a digital subscription is protected by copyright. You may only
copy, download, share or reproduce content for your own personal use. You must not use it
for reproduction on another website, or in any way for commercial purposes or for any gain
unless you have obtained express written consent from the Company.
Where we provide links to third party websites, these links are provided for your
convenience and do not signify that we endorse or have any responsibility for the content of
those websites or for any transactions you enter into relating to those linked sites.
Limitation of liability
We accept no liability to the Customer in respect of any Services howsoever caused.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Australian law and all
disputes shall be decided by the Australian courts.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will not be
affected.
