TO JULIE Gibbs I commend you for your unwavering loyalty to Barry Fletcher and Fletchers Freighters, even though your loyalty is misguided.

How dare you advocate that a managing director not pay his employees their salary related entitlements, then advise the said employees to access the Federal Government's sponsored safety net to recovering any owings?
Maybe you did need to work harder to reconcile accounts pending, so yes, you need to shoulder some of the blame for the company’s failure.
Looking at the bigger picture, how many other companies does Barry Fletcher have some involvement in?
Being a sole operator of a horticultural business my first priority is to minimise my debt during the good times and have savings available for the bad times.
Apparently I am one of the mystical businesses you don’t think exists.
